None at all. The session is designed to give you clarity on what’s possible for your property, so you can make an informed decision either way.

What if I'm not ready to start building yet?

That’s completely fine. Many families book their planning session months before they’re ready to build, simply to understand their options and plan ahead with confidence.

How do the premium inclusions work?
