Ryan Stannard
Owner and CEO

Mick Croxon
Custom Home Specialist

Mick was born in London in the UK and emigrated to Australia approximately 30 years ago. He has worked in the building industry since he was 15 and has had almost every job you can have in a building company. He also ran his own business undertaking small renovations for about two years with his brother, so his experiences have really given him a broad skill set that suits his current role.

Mick is passionate about the Australian dream of owning your own home and enjoys working closely with our customers through the design, costing and approval stages to help them create their dream ‘forever’ home. He’s happily married with one beautiful daughter and a misbehaving dog. In his spare time, he watches American football, loves going out with family and friends and is a huge fan of country music.

Eryn Stannard-Ryan’s Daughter
Assistant Manager

Eryn Stannard graduated from Immanuel college and chose to move into the family business for a career. She spent much time around construction sites and walking through finished homes as a child. Eryn enjoys getting to know the clients and their family’s needs during the selection process. She loves watching the colour combinations and clients’ ideas come to life. On the weekends, Eryn enjoys spending time with family, dining out, sampling the bars of Adelaide, and exploring the botanical gardens.

Terry Stannard-Ryan’s Brother
Construction Manager

Terry Stannard has been working in the building industry for over 20 years. He started his career as a carpenter with his father, has worked as a carpenter/general builder for most of his career and has become a highly respected member of the industry.

His many years spent on site have given Terry extensive knowledge and skills of all aspects of the building industry and a keen eye for detail. He takes great pride in his work and enjoys working closely with each client to ensure even the smallest of details is perfect.

Sarah Zorich
Selections Consultant

Sarah is our talented selections consultant at Stannard Family Homes. With a young family of her own, she understands the importance of creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful.

Her passion for interior design and architecture shines through in every project she undertakes. In her spare time, you'll find Sarah indulging in her love for plant shopping and exploring the latest trends in retail. Her keen eye for detail and dedication to her craft make her an invaluable asset to our team, helping clients bring their dream homes to life.

Rebecca Clutterbuck
Financial Controller

Straight out of high school Rebecca started her journey within the Construction Industry, with over 8 years of experience, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge and financial expertise to Stannard Family Homes.

As our Financial Controller, she enjoys crunching numbers by day whilst watching the projects come to life. She spends her time outside of work surrounded by family and friends, checking out any new cafes and restaurants around Adelaide.

On-site Team

Corey Tozer
Site Supervisor City North and West

Starting out as a carpenter, Corey later worked for us for over 5 years before setting up his own successful carpentry business. With 20 years experience in the industry, he is now back on the fold, and his onsite experience and awareness have given him the skills to be organised, proficient and well respected as a supervisor.

Corey enjoys spending time with family and all things sport and outdoors including mountain bike riding, triathlons, and many other sports.

Heath McCartney
Site Supervisor

Heath is an integral part of the Stannard Family Homes team. As an active dad to a young daughter, he brings a unique blend of dedication and warmth to our family business.

Heath is a passionate supporter of the Carlton Football Club and loves sharing a good laugh with friends and clients alike. Known for his ever-present smile and positive attitude, Heath is always ready to tackle any challenge that comes his way.
