The whole building process with Stannard was fantastic. After meeting with lots of different builders Stannard stood out with their professionalism, great communication and nothing was to hard, and any phone calls or emails were answered without a problem.
Our friends and family could not believe how quickly our house was built it was perfectly timed with every trade.
The team were great to deal with from our first meeting with Phil who was very friendly and a great communicator. Wayne for bringing our vision to life with our design and Terry our Site Supervisor was fantastic and his trades.

When we decided to build our home with Stannard Family Homes we didnt expect to get the service or quality we received. Stannards were so flexible and honest from day one. Having built with 3 other high volume builders, the service and quality we received from Stannards was head and shoulders above other builders. Not once did we encounter any hidden costs and they build time was exceptional, having the house completed in 14 weeks saved us a fortune on interest and other expenses. They have a very well organised group of tradesman meaning nearly everyday someone was working on our home. All members of office staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was stress free and enjoyable. Nothing was ever to hard.
Would highly recommend Stannard Family Homes to anyone looking at building in the future and we will definately use for our next build.

My Dream Home
I love everything about my house built by Stannard Family Homes. The whole process was exciting, watching it get built. Wayne helped me design my home to fit on my block and it's perfect. We managed to get everything I wanted in it. The build is amazing and the detail and workmanship is impeccable. Thanks to Phil, Ryan and Terry for all your help, you guys are fantastic published last year.
We asked Stannards to build a home that my wife and I designed. Our design included many custom features which was always going to be tricky to convey and execute. Phil and Terry from Stannards worked extremely hard to ensure our home looked and felt the way we envisioned it. It just so happened that we had 2 groups of friends building at the same time. We found ourselves sharing stories about our building experience during the construction. I'm very confident we chose the right builder as we have definitely had a more pleasant experience then our friends. One of the main differences being that Stannards are willing to listen and work with their clients. We had the supervisors number and he was willing to help us achieve our dream. We selected Stannard Family Homes as our builder for our first development project with our own new business. We had been through many other display homes and had meetings and quotes from a number of volume builders, but we felt that Stannards had a great model and would be able to meet our needs and at a fixed price cost so there were no hidden extras in relation to the actual build (there were a few extras in relation to some retaining walls that were unexpected, but that was unforeseen at the time of entering the contract). We loved being able to work so closely with Wayne to get our designs just right and also the speed at which he was able to make changes, particularly when knocked back by the council for the first round. He was able to make the required changes, whilst keeping the concept of the house and Phil and the team were able to get them right back in for the next panel meeting. I do not believe we would have had this high level of attention if we were with a volume builder. We ended up with three stunning two story homes and any problems that arose during the build were always promptly addressed and Ryan's dedication to providing the best product he can, meant that we had a beautiful end product. We would highly recommend building with Stannard Family Homes and we are in fact in the process of having them draw up plans for our own family home.

I have thoroughly enjoyed building with Stannard family homes. The whole process from planning to handover has been positive. Every staff member works hard and displays above average service. Nothing is too hard and they are very responsive to any communication. The quality of work from all their trades is high. Phil made sure timelines were on track and details were accurate. When doing selections all companies were helpful and had a great range to choose from. They were quick to rectify any errors.
We did spend a lot of time researching which company would build our new home. I am glad we chose Stannard.
They are an amazing team and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. With out a doubt I would build our next hone with them. Thank you guys for making our experience a pleasant one.

While daunting at first, the process of our house build went smoothly from start to finish. The perceived risk of going with a smaller builder paid off big time for us with relationship important to their team. We were included in every step of the build and this assisted us in alleviating any anxiety or stress we would have felt. We could see the exceptional scheduling firsthand and how much their trades enjoyed working for them. We witnessed firsthand the pride they had in their work, everything needed to be perfect even if it was something we probably wouldn't have even noticed. Minimal post-construction issues with everything fixed in a timely manner. Communication was exceptional with no questions too big or small, we always knew we'd receive a response within 24hrs.
