Hi I’m Ryan Stannard
Building has been in my blood from the beginning. My dad was a builder, and I grew up on construction sites learning the trade from the ground up. By 15 I was already working as an apprentice carpenter, and I’ve now been in the building industry for more than 25 years.
In my mid-twenties, a health scare forced me to step away from the tools and rethink my future. Instead of leaving the industry I loved, I shifted into leadership—building Stannard Family Homes into the custom home company it is today.
What drives me now is simple: seeing the pride on a client’s face when they walk into a home that was designed around their land, their lifestyle, and their family. That’s why we put so much care into every project, and why I make sure our process is transparent, personal, and stress-free.
