Ryan Stannard
Owner and CEO

Mick Croxon
Custom Home Specialist

Mick was born in London in the UK and emigrated to Australia approximately 30 years ago. He has worked in the building industry since he was 15 and has had almost every job you can have in a building company. He also ran his own business undertaking small renovations for about two years with his brother, so his experiences have really given him a broad skill set that suits his current role.

Mick is passionate about the Australian dream of owning your own home and enjoys working closely with our customers through the design, costing and approval stages to help them create their dream ‘forever’ home. He’s happily married with one beautiful daughter and a misbehaving dog. In his spare time, he watches American football, loves going out with family and friends and is a huge fan of country music.

Eryn Stannard
Pre Construction Assistant

Eryn Stannard graduated from Immanuel college and chose to move into the family business for a career. She spent much time around construction sites and walking through finished homes as a child. Eryn enjoys getting to know the clients and their family’s needs during the selection process. She loves watching the colour combinations and clients’ ideas come to life. On the weekends, Eryn enjoys spending time with family, dining out, sampling the bars of Adelaide, and exploring the botanical gardens.

Sarah Zorich
Selections Consultant

Sarah is our talented selections consultant at Stannard Family Homes. With a young family of her own, she understands the importance of creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful.

Her passion for interior design and architecture shines through in every project she undertakes. In her spare time, you'll find Sarah indulging in her love for plant shopping and exploring the latest trends in retail. Her keen eye for detail and dedication to her craft make her an invaluable asset to our team, helping clients bring their dream homes to life.

Jade Watson
Warranty Coordinator

Jade began with Stannard Family Homes as an Accounts Assistant, where she quickly built a strong foundation in administration and client support. With her attention to detail and passion for customer care, she transitioned into the Warranty Phase of the business, where she now plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients after handover.

Coming from a family of trades, Jade has a natural understanding of the building industry and the importance of quality workmanship. She brings this insight into her role every day, supporting clients with professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Jade enjoys spending time up the river with her family and friends, making memories and embracing the outdoors.

Debra Stoeckel
Administration Coordinator

Debra, known to us as Deb, brings a wealth of experience to the team with many years working in administration within the trucking industry. Her strong organisational skills and well-rounded background make her a valuable part of the Stannard Family Homes office.

Having self-managed the build of her own home, Deb understands firsthand what clients experience throughout the building journey, giving her unique insight into her role.

Outside of work, Deb is full of energy and enjoys fishing, walking, and spending time with her family. Her enthusiasm and positive spirit bring a vibrant energy to the office each day.

Litsa Ameduri
Marketing Executive

Litsa holds a degree in Visual Communication and brings over 10 years of experience across marketing, IT, HR, and administration. She joined Stannard Family Homes just under a year ago and has quickly become an integral part of the team.

Outside of work, Litsa is a proud mum to two energetic boys, which means plenty of weekends filled with sport. She also loves traveling, cooking, watching movies, and spending quality time with friends and her little family.

Terry Stannard-Ryan’s Brother
Site Supervisor

Terry Stannard has been working in the building industry for over 20 years. He started his career as a carpenter with his father, has worked as a carpenter/general builder for most of his career and has become a highly respected member of the industry.

His many years spent on site have given Terry extensive knowledge and skills of all aspects of the building industry and a keen eye for detail. He takes great pride in his work and enjoys working closely with each client to ensure even the smallest of details is perfect.

Angus Montgomery
Site Supervisor

Angus is a highly experienced Site Supervisor, having worked extensively in Queensland before bringing his expertise to Stannard Family Homes. Known for his attention to detail and strong leadership, he is a great team player who ensures every project runs smoothly and to the highest standard.

Away from the job site, Angus is a dedicated family person and one of five siblings, which has shaped his collaborative and approachable nature. He has a passion for the outdoors and the gym, embracing an active lifestyle that reflects his energy and drive.
