Our Build Zones & Colour Guide
🔵 Blue – Yes, We Build Here
These are our primary build areas where we regularly work and have established trade networks.
- Coastal and metro suburbs from North Haven down to Sellicks Beach
- Popular southern suburbs such as Morphett Vale, Seaford, McLaren Vale, and Willunga
Key lifestyle hubs like Marion, Hallett Cove, and Glenelg North.
If your block is in a blue zone, we can get your build process started right away.
⚫ Dark Grey – Requires Site Assessment
These areas often have varying site conditions, access challenges, or unique council requirements.
Before confirming your build, we’ll either arrange a site visit or review engineering factors such as slope, soil type, and access.
- Includes suburbs like Bridgewater, Mount Barker, Balhannah, and Echunga
If you’re in a dark grey zone, our team will discuss the details and feasibility with you before moving forward.
⚪ Light Grey – Build Style Dependent
In these areas, our ability to build depends on the style and complexity of your home design.
We’ll work through a discovery process with you to confirm whether we can deliver your chosen design to specification.
- Examples include Woodside, Nairne, Meadows, Macclesfield, and Strathalbyn
